Shipping Policy
  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Shipping cost is displayed in your cart and during checkout.
  • At this time, UPS is experiencing higher than normal volume with reduced staff. They are not able to guarantee shipping standards.
  • Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed.
  • Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, final delivery is out of our hands. We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (ACROSS CANADA)
  • All orders over $100 are eligible for FREE standard shipping within Canada.
  • For orders under $100, there is a flat standard shipping rate of $14.95.
  • Expedited shipping is available at additional costs
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (USA, UK, ITALY, GERMANY & RUSSIA)
  • Shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on the weight of the products you are ordering and the location it is travelling to. Expedited shipping is available at additional costs.
  • Please allow at least 10 -12 business days for delivery. Please note the actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and time taken for customs processing and clearance.
  • We are not responsible for the duties and custom charges incurred on your package. The total amount of payment does not include any duties and custom charges to clear your customs. It is the buyer's responsibility to understand the fees and charges from your customs.

TRACKING NUMBER
Within 1-2 business days of placing your order, you will receive a tracking number via email from our courier partner UPS containing your package’s tracking information.
If you make an order on a weekend or public holiday, it will be sent the next business day, please allow additional time to obtain your tracking information.

SALES TAX
Sales tax is automatically applied to your order in accordance with individual state/province regulations.
