    Product Care


    Leather Products
    To clean leather, use a damp sponge, cold water and mild soap. Wipe off excess moisture. Do not submerge leather in water. Allow the leather to dry completely before storing in the supplied pouch.
    Merino Wool
    These products are recommended to be hand washed with cold water and air dried. To remove wrinkles, iron fabric using steam on ‘silk/wool mode’.
    Cashmere
    For cleaning, we recommend professional dry cleaning or hand-washing. Please refrain from the machine wash. It is best to keep your cashmere/wool items in a dry space, using moth-proof sheets.
    Gemstones
    All organic gems should only be wiped clean with a soft cloth; pearl, coral, amber and lapis are examples of organic gems. Always store your gemstones separately to avoid scratches from harder gems. Please avoid wearing any type of jewellery whilst swimming as the chlorine in the water can be damaging.
    Sterling Silver
    Remove tarnish with warm water, mild soap and a clean, soft cotton cloth. Jewellery pieces with gemstones should be gently polished with a silver polishing cloth.
    Cloisonné Enamel
    A damp, soft cloth may be used to remove most of the surface grime from the cloisonné. Abrasive, acidic or solvent cleaners that dull or damage the enamel or metal should be avoided. Due to the small segments of cloisonné designs, please avoid soaking-wet cloths or cleaning solutions as the passage of liquid between the sections might cause damage to the pieces. These pieces are made of glass, and as such, they are susceptible to cracking or chipping or breaking entirely.

    Shipping policy
    All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

    Domestic Shipping
    - Orders over $100 - FREE standard shipping within Canada.
    - Orders under $100 - standard shipping flat rate $14.95.

    International Shipping
    - Shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on the weight of the products and the location it is travelling to.

    return policy
    We have a 15 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    To start a return, you can contact us at tamiladesigns8@gmail.com with the following information:
    - Order Number
    - A photo(s) of any damage to the shipping box and/or the product
    - A photo of the packing slip included in your order

    When will I receive my order?
    Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be shipped out. You will receive an email notification when your order ships.
    Can I change the Ship-To address while my order is in transit?
    ​​​​Address changes cannot be made once an order is placed after checkout.
    Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
    Our shipping procedures are optimised to expedite the delivery of purchases. We are unable to cancel, amend, or otherwise alter an order after it has been made.
    When will out-of-stock items be available?
    Although we make every effort to maintain our stock and inventory up to date, there may be a delay due to shipping limits for some of our products. Other goods are one-of-a-kind and are only available for a short time. As a result, we are unable to guarantee that limited-edition goods will be available in the future.
    Do you offer repairs?
    We do not provide product repairs; however, in the event that you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us at tamiladesigns8@gmail.com and we will assist you to the best of our ability.

    Each item may be slightly different as they are handmade, therefore every item is unique and will develop its own character through use and time.  

    We make every effort to display the colours of each product as accurately as possible. However, each monitor reproduces colours differently, therefore the colour that you see may be slightly different from the actual colour.
